Grade #3  Good condition. A playable ball for the inexperienced or budget player. A scuff, blemish or discoloration is normal for this grade. Grade #4  A low-cost and lower quality ball that would be ideal for practicing with. These balls will have scuffed and discolored covers, however they will not be cut or have peeling clear coats.
